Rediscover the “taste of real food” with the local gastronomy; several leading chefs are based in or come from the region. Taste the famous Assiette Landaise, beef from Chalosse and the various dishes prepared with duck, and the cakes, such as the Pastis Landais and the Tourtière (either filled with apple, prunes or plain).
